I couldn't have asked for a better hotel location; it's right by the sea, and you have Azulik hotel just a short walk away and Coco Tulum an easy moped ride. The rooms are stunning with an amazing ocean view and a terrace that leads down to the sand. The service was top-notch, especially thanks to Edwin, the Guest Experience Manager, who made our honeymoon unforgettable. The dining experience was beyond my expectations, and the fact that it was included in the room rate made it even better. If you're looking for a peaceful beach getaway, this is the place to be!

Staying at this hotel was an absolute dream. The rooms were not only nice but also right in front of the sea, bigger than expected, and beautifully furnished with everything clean and well-stocked. The service, led by the amazing Denise, Diana, Gilbert, Felix, Juan Carlos, Edwin, Remy, and the entire staff, was top-notch and extremely friendly. The location was ideal, nestled between downtown and the tourist zone, offering easy access to local cenotes and multiple dining options. However, some parts of the beach were affected by sargassum. Dining was a delight with a great selection of Mexican and continental foods for breakfast and other meals, all served on the terrace with a stunning view of the ocean and two small islands. The facilities were perfect for a relaxing vacation.

My stay at the hotel was absolutely wonderful! The rooms were not only clean but also super comfortable, and the staff was incredibly friendly and accommodating. The location is ideal, close to the beach yet still peaceful. The dining experience exceeded my expectations with delicious meals and stunning views. Overall, a great value for money.
